Bluestone's Barons walked to a win over Maggie Walker with a score of 64 to-24 in Quarter-Finals held at Bluestone on Monday night.

SKIPWITH - The Bluestone Barons got off to a 15-0 start in the opening quarter of a 2A East Region quarter-finals game and went on to defeat the Maggie Walker Governors' School of Richmond 64-24 Monday evening at Bluestone and will advance to the semi-finals on 2-20.

The Barons had three players in double figures with Christopher Gregory leading the way with 20 points. Nile Atwater and Da'trone Shearin followed with 17 and 12 points, respectively. A total of seven players got into the scoring column for the Barons. Bluestone had nine three-point goals with Atwater and Shearin having three each. Gregory had two threes and Jordan Hill had one for the Barons.

Other players to score for Bluestone were Michael Harris six, Zachery Johnson four Hill three and Nic Abernathy two points.

Rashad Seaborne led the Dragons with seven points.

Bluestone had only five free throw attempts, converting three.

Maggie Walker had 7 of 11 of their points to come from the line.

The next opponent has not been named as yet, but it will be at Bluestone.
