The suspect then traveled to Chase City where she attempted to pass the fake money and then at moved on to a Dollar General Store in Charlotte Country.

According to Chief Jordan, the bills appear to be $10 bills which have been bleached and then edited to appear as $100 bills. Because the bills are using real $10 bills, the not only look and feel authentic but will pass a counterfeit bill pen test.

The suspect is described as a slim black female in here 20’s. At the time she tried to pass the bills her hair was pulled back into a ponytail and she was wearing a UNC hat, a black shirt and dark green shorts.
